We're open from the Friday of Mother's Day weekend in May to Thanksgiving weekend in October. We offer full services with 11 cottages and 235 trailer and tent sites scattered amongst our 106 acres of mixed forest and parkland.

OFF SEASON RESERVATIONS
Between November 1, 2012 and April 17, 2013, Reception Attendants will be on site returning requests for reservations between 9:00 am and noon, every Wednesday.
(Please note that reservations can be requested anytime, but a response will only be sent on Wednesday.) |

Open Site Camping Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If the notice is received within the time frame, the deposit, less the reservation fee, is refundable. If the notice is not received within the time frame, neither the deposit nor the reservation fee shall be refundable. Refunds will not be issued in the event of inclement weather. Campsites will only be held for one night. If the site is not occupied by noon the following day, the reservation will be cancelled without refund.

electric heat, hot & cold running water, stove &
fridge, cooking utensils, dishes & silverware.

occupants. $ 50.00 for each additional

• Bedding & linens are not provided
• Cottages must be rented by the week (from Saturday to
Saturday) during July and August.
• Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
• Check in-time is 4:00 p.m.
Security/Damage Deposit:
A $150.00 security deposit will be required for damage to the unit and/or excessive cleaning. This is refundable following a post inspection of the unit.
Reservation Policy:
2 nights rent is required for a deposit plus an $13.00 taxable, non refundable, fee to finalize a reservation. Cottages cannot be
reserved for more than one year in advance. Those patrons
currently occupying a rental cottage have until 10:00
A.M. on the day of their departure to reserve the same
cottage for the same period for the following year.
Transient sites are not guaranteed from year to year.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received at least 90 days prior to
arrival will receive a 50% refund of deposit less the reservation fee.
Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to arrival
will not have a refund of deposit.
Docking Privileges:
All cottages come with free docking privileges for small watercraft.
